This is a Re Purposed Leaded Crystal Hanging Pendant Light. Originally this and several other pieces made up a crystal candle holder that wasn’t all that flattering.

Made the necessary modifications and added electrical components, wiring and mounting hardware including an on / off Switch on a 15 ft. cord three prong plug in cord. This allows the large crystal pendant to be hung to the appropriate height for your space and plugged into any standard 3 prong electrical outlet.
