Pricing:
Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency. Shipping and handling are not included, with the exception of free shipping offers. This and all offers and pricing subject to change.
Order Processing:
On successful submission of your order you will receive confirmation via a computer-generated email stating your order was successfully placed. Should there be extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount prior to shipping your order.
- Checks / Money Orders:
There is a ten (10) day hold time on all check / money order payments. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. - All associated orders with payment by check will be subject to an additional hold time of 10 to 15 days until your check is cleared by our bank. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Orders paid by money order are shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt
- Payments by Paypal or Credit Card will be shipped no more than 2 business days after receipt
Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax
Shipping Policies:
Items to be shipped inside the continental United States will be shipped priority 2-3 day service by the U.S. Postal Service. Unless otherwise specific or agreed upon all “free shipping orders” and international shipments will be shipped First Class by the U.S. Postal Service. We may elect to use a different shipping carrier and will notify you should this occur.
Returns:
We take pride in our merchandise and thank you for shopping Ogden Lane. We dedicate a lot of time researching, photographing and describing each item, including flaws or imperfections. As the majority of our merchandise is antique slight imperfections are expected due to the age, which we clearly state when applicable in our listings. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.
In the rare event you feel your item does not match it’s description or arrives damaged and you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days of your item(s) delivery by phone or email. Once we’ve received and inspected the item(s) in question, verifying it’s the identical condition we shipped it to you in we will issue a store credit for your returned item(s) minus any shipping and administrative fees.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
Returned items should be in unused and in the same condition we shipped it to you in.

Please Note: Items that arrive after the 3-day return period as shown in the item return policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damage Policy:
We take extra precautions and securely pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund
